Whose report will you believe?

Whose report will you believe? The way I see it , our lives in this world largely depend on our answer to this question . This question is often asked in relation to healing but I feel it applies to a wide range of situations . Ok let me elaborate , in relation to healing, do you believe the report of the doctor which talks of disease and infirmity or the Word which talks of divine health . Do you believe the news and financial forecasters which talk of lack, economic downfall and hard times ahead or do you believe your Father who has told you all your needs are met and that you will live in abundance ? , Do you believe what others say about you  or do you see yourself the way God sees you ? Do you believe the lying vanities that proclaim failure or do you believe that you were made for success  ? Do you submit to the intentions of the flesh or yield to the Holy Spirit ?  When  you have been praying about something do you believe it when you see there has been "no apparent change " or do you believe that you have received regardless of what it looks like ?

We live a life of Faith . Our life is supernatural , we cannot live this life without faith , because in the absence of faith the wonderful things our Father has prepared for us are filled with impossibility , they are incomprehensible . Fact is along the path of faith there are always going to be circumstances and people that try and convince you of that which is contrary to the Word of God, we just have to maintain our confession , not be moved and remain convicted by the Word and the Word alone .

Don't allow lying vanities to convict you into worry , but let the Word of God give you conviction which leads to the "Peace of God which transcends all understanding ".  If the Word of God is center of your convictions you will live life free from worry and walk in success and victory . If you find yourself feeling worried or anxious that means that something of the world has convicted you , whether it be your bank balance , those persisting symptoms or that friend that is always telling you "you need to be realistic" not realizing that we live in the true reality .Refuse to acknowledge anything that doesn't mirror Word of God , If you feel worried, correct your convictions with the Word and receive peace.

What you see around you , what you feel , what people think of you , even what you think of yourself  is irrelevant if it doesn't match up to the infallible Word of God . Do not put any report above that of the Father because there is no knowledge or power greater than He .

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will. (Romans 12:2 )

So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. (2 Corinthians 4:18)

"Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him" Proverbs 30:5

If our hearts condemn us, we know that God is greater than our hearts, and he knows everything.  Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God (1 John 3 :20-21)
